We have three different spaces that we are able to rent out. We have a kitchen available in the basement as well as a walk-in cooler and a commercial freezer and refrigerator. When renting out our facility, you will have access to any of our storage space.

1.	Banquet Facility:
	Our Banquet facility has seating for up to 160 people. We have had several different types of events from wedding receptions, groom’s dinners, birthday parties, reunions to meetings. We have plenty of tables & chairs as well as a podium with a microphone. There are 4 television sets but only one of which has a VCR hooked up to it. We are able to rent out dance floors and various other party related items if given enough notice.
2.	Picnic Area:
	We have a picnic area adjacent to the 18th green and to the west side of the clubhouse. We have enough seating for 40+, but we can bring additional tables and chairs out to accommodate more if needed.
3.	Covered Deck:
	The deck area behind the clubhouse will seat up to 50 people. It is very long, but not very deep. This is not ideal if you are looking for a speaker to talk to a group, but works well for eating and mingling.
	PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH YOUR $100 DEPOSIT NO LATER THAN 1 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. FULL PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR EVENT. WE REQUIRE A 2 HOUR MINIMUM FOR THE USE OF OUR SPACE. THE $100 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
	FEES: Sunday to Friday Saturdays BANQUET SPACE RENTAL: $75.00 per hour $100.00 per hour We require a minimum of a 2 hour rental and clubhouse must be vacated by 1:00am A $2.00 per person Set-Up charge will be assessed if strong liquor will be served using our fountain pop. Kegs of beer are available for $200.00 Tap beer $1.75, Canned beer $2.50, Bottled Beer $3.25, Fountain pop $1.25
